4 CONCLUSIONS: CsA, tacrolimus and sirolimus modulate drug transport by Pgp, MRP-1 and BCRP and CsA and sirolimus modulate drug transport by LRP at concentrations that differ from immunosuppressive concentrations and maximum tolerated concentrations.
