Contains the SBP-box, which encodes the SBP-domain, required and sufficient for interaction with DNA. It is involved in regulation of flowering and vegetative phase change. Its temporal expression is regulated by the microRNA miR156. The target site for the microRNA is in the 3'UTR. |
