2 CONCLUSION: From above findings, it can be concluded that ATRA exerts anti-inflammatory and anti-hyperalgesic effect, possibly through activation of PPAR-beta/delta and subsequent reduction of oxido-nitrosative stress. Tretinoin peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta Rattus norvegicus
