1 In total, 21 protein spots were found to be differentially expressed following cisplatin treatment, of which 12 were upregulated (eg, regulator of G-protein signaling, TRAF:TNF (tumor necrosis factor) receptor-associated factor-interacting protein [I-TRAF], and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p27 [p27(kip1)]) and 9 were downregulated (eg, myc proto-oncoprotein [c-myc] and proliferating cell nuclear antigen).
