Ibogaine increased amplitude and frequency of spontaneous active uteri immediately after addition that was prevented by propranolol (beta1 and beta2 adrenoceptors selective antagonists) and glibenclamide (KATP sensitive channels inhibitor; only frequency) pre-treatment.
