1 | A method for the isolation of liver microsomal cytochrome P-450 from phenobarbital-treated rats is described which is based on chromatography on 1-adamantane-carbonyl-aminohexyl-Sepharose 4B, subsequent ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose and detergent removal by adsorption on silica gel G.
