| 1 | In the present study, microinjection of 10 ng to 5 micrograms of TRH into the anterior hypothalamus (AHy) dose-dependently suppressed heat production in interscapular brown adipose tissue (BAT) in chloral hydrate-anaesthetized rats tested at a room temperature of 23 +/- 2 degrees C.
